Pilates in town @ Chiang Mai Drama Centre

 

I am excited to be offering Pilates in town, at the fabulous Chiang Mai Drama Centre in Mae Hia.

Kick-off is on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.

​

Wednesdays 09.00-10.00 am

​

This class is for all who are familiar with Pilates.

In depth technique and the basics will not be taught.

I will always present variations for each move.

​

​

Fridays 09.00-10.00 am

​

This class is for all who are new to Pilates.

Of course, all seasoned Pilatees are most welcome, It never hurts to re-visit the basics and to take inventory of your alignment.

After 10 sessions you will have a good understanding of the Pilates technique, you will feel a difference, be more aware of your posture and you will have fun with integrated movements of an all levels class.

Note:

- Classes will commence with a minimum of 7 participants.

- I ask for your commitment to 10 sessions, at the price of 3'500 Baht

- Term Break from 9-15 October

- Mirrors and bars

- Accessible via stairs only

- Parking available in the market square
