Meet Monika

Welcome to Move Smarter Pilates & Yoga Studio 

Today, at the age of 52, after a decade of intense study, I have carefully assembled my "go-to toolkit" to maintain my health and wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level.

My passion lies in sharing the benefits of my practices, which are Pilates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Reiki and Integrative Vibrational Therapy (Sound). 

Life is movement, there are no limits to movement, it's just a matter of adapting movement to your very unique body. 

In my classes, I encourage you to reach beyond your box of habits, to play, to explore, to have fun, as your body can do more than what you think you are capable of doing.

Regardless of where you find yourself at this very moment, movement coupled with breath will always benefit you.
